Yarn Spinning
The Egyptian Cotton is further processed and spun in to usable yarn in Portugal by the Marinho family, who own and operate a Portuguese textile company in Santo Tirso. The Marinhos use modern solutions to uphold the values of environmental consciousness in the fabric spinning industry.

Textile Dyeing
The thread is then dyed at a textile processing facility in Guimarães. This facility is dedicated to preserving the environment by minimizing atmospheric emissions and wastewater discharges.

Cutting and Sewing
The thread is cut and sewed by the Costa family in Guimarães, Portugal. The Costa family are fresh faces in the storied Portuguese textile industry, and strives to ensure environmental sustainability. All of the garments produced by the Costa family are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Certified, ensuring they are free of harmful chemicals.
